What you´ll be doing at Webhelp

We are looking for results-driven professionals from any background to identify new business opportunities. Depending on your career objectives and experience, we’ll help you match with one of the following roles:

Business Developer

Responsible for the generation of consistent sales opportunities and the identification and qualification of prospects and decisions makers in the targeted companies.

Inside Sales Representative

Responsible for closing the deal with the clients detected by the business developer or based on a predefined list of clients or resellers.

Account Manager

Developing the business within the existing channel resellers/partners by supporting them with commercial service proposals and developing new customer value.

Sales Supervisor

Ready for the next step? Manage a team of sales representatives to drive sales processes and empower team performance to meet sales objectives.

What we are looking for

  • Native in a major European language and fluent in English
  • Solid B2B Sales background
  • Strong customer negotiation skills with good presentation and communication skills
  • Sound business acumen and commercial mindset
  • Target and goal-orientated
  • Reliability and ability to work toward objectives
  • Tenacious approach underlined by a will to win
  • Eager, quick learner with a strong teamwork spirit
  • IT literacy skills with a high interest in technology
  • Ability to handle unique situations confidently & solve problems quickly and effectively by critically analyzing relevant information
