Webhelp’s growth in the BFSI sector earns recognition as a CX leader by NelsonHall

Major international analyst firm NelsonHall has designated Webhelp, the leading global customer experience (CX) and business solutions provider, as a “Leader” for its offerings and abilities in CX services in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector.

Recognized for delivering seamless execution and innovation, the group was placed highly across all four market segments: overall BFSI, revenue generation capability, CX improvement capability, and cost optimization capacity.

Victor Sundén ny CEO i Webhelp Nordic

Victor Sundén, Chief Commercial Officer og Deputy CEO for Webhelp Nordic, er udnævnt til CEO for Webhelp Nordic fra og med 23. august 2021. Victor begyndte hos Webhelp i begyndelsen af ​​2020 for at fremme strategisk vækst i regionen.

Victor overtager for Terje Andreassen, der har været CEO for Webhelp Nordic de sidste fem år. Terje har været hos Webhelp og tidligere GoExcellent, nu en del af Webhelp Group, siden 2009. Efter en lang periode på 12 år er tiden inde til at fokusere på rollen som formand for Webhelp Nordics bestyrelse. Terje vil fortsat støtte Webhelps udvidelse og have sit fokus på kunderelationer.

Victors brede erfaring spænder fra strategisk konsulent og rådgivning af klienter i Europa og USA til opbygning og skalering af internetselskaber, primært inden for e-handel. Denne erfaring giver Victor et fremragende grundlag for at bygge videre på Webhelps tilstedeværelse i regionen.
