She started out as a consultant, working with PwC, Competitiveness Group, and Capgemini working in France and internationally, before joining SFR, a major French telco, for 8 years in senior Innovation and Marketing & Retail positions. In 2017, Mélanie joined FnacDarty as Director of Marketing & Customer Experience, before joining Webhelp Group in 2021 to head up Gobeyond Partners for the France region.
For the past 6 years, Gobeyond Partners has worked with French and global groups domestically and internationally to improve customer journeys and develop customer experience strategies.
