Falkirk’s Megan-Rose Bell has been named Webhelp’s Brightest Star in the company’s seventh annual Star Awards.

The leading global customer experience and business process outsourcing company presents 12 awards annually and this year the winners were announced at a Cirque du Soleil themed gala dinner and party at Edinburgh’s The Hub.

The awards recognise excellence at a team and individual level and also celebrate those colleagues who have made a difference to their local communities.

David Turner, CEO of Webhelp UK, India and SA, said: “Our people are our most important asset. Without great people we wouldn’t be able to deliver the excellent levels of customer experience that we do for our clients and their customers, so I believe it is very important to reward the people in our business who are leading the way in this.

“When Megan-Rose first joined Webhelp two years ago she was nervous and inexperienced, but the Megan-Rose we have today is a bright, articulate and dedicated individual who can turn her hand to multiple tasks. She is a credit to Webhelp and this year is our Brightest Star.”

Megan-Rose received a cheque for £1,000 to recognise her excellent work for the business, its clients and their customers.
