Local man, Ryan Clannachan, has been named the Rising Star of the Year at the 2016 Webhelp UK Star Awards.
Ryan has worked for the leading global customer experience outsourcer at its site in Kilmarnock since Oct 2012 and was chosen out of a total UK team of more than 7,000 for this prestigious award.
Webhelp UK CEO, David Turner, presented Ryan with his award at a glittering James Bond themed gala dinner, held in the sumptuous surroundings of South Queensferry’s Hopetoun House, last night (Sep 8).
He said: “Ryan has made an outstanding improvement in his NPS scores this year and has received fantastic feedback from our client on his ‘exceptional telephone manner’.
“He has also become more involved with his team, supporting colleagues, answering questions and showing great flexibility to support the business. Having just graduated from university, he has increased his hours with Webhelp and been put forward to support the new Small Business Academy group. Ryan has a bright future here at Webhelp and I am very proud to be able to present him with his award and a cheque for £1,000.”
