Atlantic Quay will be 10th UK site for growing company.

Webhelp UK confirmed that they are to open a customer management centre in Glasgow’s Atlantic Quay to provide sales and service support to Sky.

The company has leased three floors of the prestigious building to accommodate the staff expected to be working for them on the Sky account in Glasgow.

Chief Executive David Turner said: “Following the decision by Sky to move their sales and service support work to Webhelp UK from another company, a consultation process has started for those staff who worked on the Sky account in Glasgow.

“Webhelp UK will be involved, to ensure a smooth transfer of affected employees.

“We fully understand this can be a confusing time for those people affected and all parties are working together to make the transfer process as simple and straightforward as possible.
