Kicking off the month is the Hr NETWORK Awards, which will be held in Glasgow’s Hilton hotel on Thursday, Nov 9. Webhelp is a finalist in the Management Large (250+ employees) category and is hoping to build on the success it enjoyed at last years’ awards.

The following night (November 16), Webhelp will be hoping to take home two awards at the CCA Excellence Awards, this year held at the Hilton in Glasgow. Aimed at recognising world class professional achievement in customer service, these awards are judged by a panel of experts from a range of specialisms and sectors, with the final decision being made by a 20-strong judging committee. Webhelp is a finalist in the following categories:

  • Innovation in Customer Service
  • Team of the Year – BPO and Outsourcing – Webhelp and First Utility

The biggest night of all will be the ECCCSA (European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards) which is being held at Evolution in London’s Battersea Park on Tuesday, November 28. Now in their 17th year these awards are set to be the customer contact industry’s biggest ever awards. Webhelp has received a hat trick of nominations in the following categories:

CEO of Webhelp UK, India and SA, David Turner, said: “It is fantastic news that Webhelp has been nominated for so many awards and across a variety of different sectors. The areas Webhelp cares most about are our people, our clients and their customers and the communities in which we operate. That we have been nominated for awards in all of these categories – and in just one month – shows me that our people are doing a fantastic job of driving our business onto new levels of success.

“I would like to thank everyone involved in gaining these nominations. It is a tremendous achievement and I am looking forward to November being a wonderful month for the Webhelp team in the UK!”
