Triple success for Webhelp with Best Places to Work globally, in Africa and for Women in Algeria
Webhelp has been recently recognized as one of the best places to work for in the world. The Best Places to Work organization revealed its yearly rankings featuring Webhelp across three of its lists including landing in the top 10 Best Places to Work in the World and Best Places to Work in Africa, and scooping the number 1 spot for Best Places to Work for Women in Algeria, highlighting Webhelp’s commitment to its unique people-first culture and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts.
Annually, the program partners with global employers to help them measure, benchmark, and improve their HR practices and employee experience, and have access to the tools and expertise they need to deliver effective and sustainable change in their organizations. Companies that made the top list this year demonstrate excellence in the workplace by creating differentiated employee experiences and inclusive cultures that lead to stronger, more sustainable business results.
This recognition highlights the major investment that’s been made in Webhelp’s people engagement strategy and culture, and validates Webhelp’s leading position as a global CX player, as the only BPO on the worldwide list.
The rankings were determined based on feedback from employees gathered through anonymous surveys and an HR assessment evaluating the people management practices against the best workplace standards. During a time when the job market and employers are under scrutiny, Webhelp has remained committed to its colleagues and culture through its strong people engagement programs, and innovative technology communication platforms to support work-from-home, underpinned by its Environmental and Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
Hamza Idrissi, Global Program Director for The Best Places to Work organization, said: “Congratulations to team Webhelp for this achievement. Webhelp is a Best Place to Work, not only because of the programs they put in place for their employees but because the employees are deeply committed to making the company’s culture collaborative and nurturing.”
“We are thrilled to have received the Best Places to Work recognition globally, alongside some of the top technology and healthcare companies.
