My personal ethos is a great fit with Webhelp’s approach to business, and I look forward to creating game-changing CX for our clients, continuing to help women in business rise-up, and bringing my expertise into an already hugely experienced and successful team.”

Craig Gibson, Group Chief Growth Officer, Webhelp, added: “Hilary is respected for building strong and successful client partnerships. She also has great expertise in change management and innovative tech and is an advocate for women and diversity both in the workplace and on corporate boards. She’s a fantastic addition to Webhelp as we look to further growth both in the US and globally.”

The appointment follows Webhelp’s recent announcement that it intends to combine with Concentrix in a deal that would create a global leader in CX by market share.
